Terms of Service
Last updated September 27, 2026
These terms cover how you and bookaservice.app work together. We keep them short and plain on purpose.
What bookaservice.app is
bookaservice.app hosts a page where your customers send you quote requests, and gives you a way to reply with a price they can accept or decline.
We provide the tool, not the work. Any job, price, schedule or payment is between you and your customer. We are not a party to it, and we don’t guarantee that a request, quote or job will go ahead.
Your account
You need an account to publish a page. You must be at least 18 and using the service for a real business in the United States.
You are responsible for what is on your page, for everything done through your account, and for keeping your sign-in email secure. Keep your business information accurate. Tell us right away if you think someone else has gotten into your account.
Don’t use a business name or page address that belongs to someone else or that you don’t have the right to use.
Your content and your customers’ data
Your business information, your page text, and the requests your customers send you remain yours. We process customer data on your behalf in order to run the service — see the Privacy Policy.
You give us permission to host, display and send your content only as needed to run the service, such as showing your page and delivering requests and quotes. You confirm that you have the right to use any name, logo, text or photos you add.
You are responsible for how you use your customers’ information, including following any laws that apply when you contact them.
Acceptable use
Don’t use the service to send unsolicited messages, to impersonate another business, or for anything unlawful. We may suspend a page that does.
Also don’t scrape or overload the service, try to get around its limits or security, interfere with other users, or offer services that are illegal where you work.
Plans and billing
The Free plan has no request limit. Pro is $15 per month or $150 per year, plus any applicable sales tax, billed through our payment processor. Cancel anytime; Pro runs to the end of the period you paid for. Annual plans can be refunded within 14 days of purchase; after that, an annual plan runs to the end of the year.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. If a payment fails, we’ll email you; if it isn’t resolved, your account moves to the Free plan. Moving to Free never deletes your page or requests.
We never take a cut of the jobs you quote. Your customers pay you directly.
If we change Pro pricing, we’ll email you before the change applies to your next billing period.
Ending the agreement
You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend or end an account that breaks these terms or puts the service or other people at risk.
The sections on content, disclaimers and liability, governing law, and general terms continue to apply after your account ends.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We work to keep it running and your data safe, but we don’t promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that every email will be delivered. We disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits, lost jobs, or indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim about the service is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or $100.
Some states don’t allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you. Where that is the case, they apply as far as the law allows.
You agree to cover claims brought against us that arise from your content, your jobs, or your dealings with your customers.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If a change is significant, we’ll let you know by email or with a notice in the dashboard at least 30 days before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law and disputes
If you have a concern or dispute about the service, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it informally.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that we can’t resolve informally will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Minnesota.
General terms
These terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between you and us about the service. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest still applies. If we don’t enforce a right right away, we haven’t given it up.
The service may link to other websites, like a business’s own site. We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for their content or practices.
You confirm that you are not on any US government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
